The experienced culinary team at Tolay Restaurant and Sheraton Sonoma County – Petaluma is led by Chef Shawn Barrera, who offers more than 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Throughout the course of his career, Chef Barrera has led restaurant teams at hotels and catering companies around the country, from Panama City to Los Angeles and Sonoma.
