The experienced culinary team at Tolay is led by Chef Danny Mai, who accumulated more than 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Throughout the course of his career, Chef Danny has worked with talented culinary teams in restaurants ranging from French cuisine, Italian, American bistro, and Continental cuisine.
