"Nice comfortable and clean rooms! Hotel staff at check in was courteous and quick! But I must talk about Anna - Now SHE was AMAZING!! Anna is a member of the hotel staff and also the coffee barista in a little alcove near the front check in desk. You might say ohhh big deal she "just makes coffee!" Nope this girl "just made coffee" for an entire conference all day long! She was fast, made everyone laugh (And that is not an easy thing to do before my first cup truuuust me!!), and the most delightful part is she had the same wonderful spirit at the end of the day as she did when she greeted me that morning! She made it fun and a joy to get a nice cup of joe on a very cold day! Thanks Anna - you make this hotel shine!!"

"We wish you to know how much we always enjoy our stays at the Sheraton Petaluma. It is always a real treat for us to be able to stay here as the hospitality, service, and accommodations are first rate as is your location. We always choose Sheraton Petaluma when we have the opportunity to visit family in San Rafael even though we could easily drive back to our home which is in the Sacramento area. Our sincere thanks to the Petaluma Sheraton and its staff for providing such a nice retreat to get away to. Happy New Year and our best to you and your staff for 2012."

"We have just spent eight nights at your lovely Sheraton Petaluma.  We enjoyed the stay very much because of the fine professional and friendly services provided by your well-trained staff. We especially commend the services provided by Christian James, Front Desk Manager, and Micah Alex and Carissa Velasquez.  We greatly appreciated their efforts on our behalf."

"I stayed there last weekend and would like to commend you and your staff for a very nice hotel. While I am not a frequent business traveler, I travel often enough for pleasure and can easily recognize a well-run hotel.  You can tell by the lobby, lounge, bathrooms and guest rooms, the employees care about their place of work and the hotel has a good manager. The beds and sheets were also very nice. I look forward to next year's Regatta and staying at your hotel."

"Two weeks ago as we were driving on Highway 101 from San Francisco to Santa Rosa with my wife and son we were surprised to see the tops of the masts of sailing yachts near Petaluma exit. We decide to go and check out. As it turned out there was a beautiful 4 story hotel beside a small marina. We reserved a room for 3 nights starting from the next day. For the next 3 days we had a wonderful time in our third level room overlooking the small marina. Our room was large and well appointed. The restaurant by the pool was well placed with a rich menu. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking space was ample and free. The catch is to ask for a room facing the marina (west). While you are there, check out the Pizza Orgasmica in Petaluma. It is a very comfortable restaurant with homemade beer varieties and delicious food. Very reasonably priced too."

"I stayed here to attend a business event in Petaluma. We had several colleagues from out of town, and I took them on an extended tour of the Sonoma region. The Sheraton is conveniently located by the freeway, and you can easily drive to downtown Petaluma or to other points of interest in Sonoma County. The staff is excellent, the rooms are pleasant. The restaurant and bar are good. Free wifi and bottled water are much appreciated. You can actually use the refrigerator--it's not one of those overpriced, electronically-monitored minibars. The bathrooms are very nice, with a nice-sized tub. I've stayed here twice and would stay again. The only quibble I have is with the condition of the furniture in the rooms. It is all scuffed and scratched, and it makes the otherwise nicely-maintained hotel seem a tad shabby."

"I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Petaluma on October 1, 2011.  I want to compliment you on the fine efforts made by all of your staff to make my stay comfortable and pleasant.  In particular, I want to mention the absolutely delicious chicken dinner that I had at your restaurant (one of the best meals that I have ever had) , excellent restaurant service provided by a young gentleman named Joshua, the lovely and courteous hostess (sorry, I do not know her name), and by the helpful and friendly Anna Lee who worked at the Club Lounge and Front Desk.  Whoever is doing the hiring and training at your hotel is brilliant.  These young people made my stay far more enjoyable than I otherwise would have anticipated.  Thank you all very much."

"I found your hotel to be a wonderful, welcoming place, and the staff to be incredibly service oriented. They were, without exception, considerate, cheerful, and quick to help. It must have been challenging for them to deal with all the art equipment and to set up/clean up the classrooms for Art Is You. Thanks to all of them for supporting our group so well."
